The waiting room is very comfortable, and welcoming, so I didn't mind hanging out there while waiting for my car. Mr. Oscar's time estimate was absolutely accurate. Lastly, I thought the cost for my service was fair. I also appreciated the coupon options. My goal is to have a long time relationship with Keyes Honda. She promptly followed up and gave us direct and honest feedback at all times. The car was in and out on time and then washed!! We have been Honda customers for over 25 years and enjoyed outstanding service overall from the Miller Honda Van Nuys service center, plus solid, candid sales insights from the Miller Honda dealership through the years when looking to purchase cars. Unfortunately, we've had average to poor experiences with Keyes auto sales side in Woodland Hills with two different new Honda purchases then a few questionable service visits with the newly acquired "Keyes" service center in Van Nuys. After our last particularly distasteful Keyes service situation this summer, we were seriously about to try another Honda service center MUCH further from our home simply to avoid the "new" Keyes center. HOWEVER.....we gave the Van Nuys service center one last chance and we were THRILLED to discover Jonelle Craig and the Van Nuys service manager Vanessa Palacio!! They both went ABOVE and BEYOND without any idea that we were on the verge of leaving. The sincere care and concern that we were shown won us back! Thank you Jonelle and Vanessa! YOU are what Honda customer service is all about. That type of "old fashioned" attention is why we continue to purchase Honda and service our cars through the Van Nuys Honda service center!
