Jonelle helped us plan and schedule the expected repairs so the costs are spread out, while the car is still going strong with out a hitch. We have bought Honda's for the past 30 years. Honesty, care and understanding of the costs to the customer from the employees we work with are important to us. We also appreciate getting into a clean car at pick up! My husband thought it had been waxed when I brought it home! Thank you!! More

Nice touch (new to me) were email updates on status of the service. Waiting room of same comfort, with free 'gourmet' coffee and water, but no more donuts, replaced now by fruit, thankfully with good cookies and packaged pasteries on the side for us old-line Miller customers. More

Vibration Problems Resolved Have a 2011 CRV that had vibration problems. Went to what is now Keyes Honda to get repair under extended warranty. The mechanics determined that the Have a 2011 CRV that had vibration problems. Went to what is now Keyes Honda to get repair under extended warranty. The mechanics determined that the problem was in the transmission, but insurance company denied repair. Worked with Oscar and Allen, who worked hard to make sure the insurance company held up to the contract. End result - new transmission and the car runs like new. More

I waited for the car to be serviced since Oscar said it would take about 1 1/2 hours. They finished before the time indicated and checked everything else on the vehicle too. Other dealers I have been to have a very easy check in and pick up process. Too expensive. It's close to work, but would only use in emergency. Staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, No complaints there. Whoever the service manager is needs to bring order to the check-in and the pick-up. More
