Great Customer Service ! Always I took my 2016 Honda CR-V to get an oil change last week. Miguel Cuenca helped me out with my vehicle, and provided great customer service. Great Service! Extremely pleased with the service afforded by Keyes Honda. Brought my car in for a recall item and a routine oil change. Both services were complet Extremely pleased with the service afforded by Keyes Honda. Brought my car in for a recall item and a routine oil change. Both services were completed within 2 hours! Especially happy with my service representative, Allen Rostamo. Added bonus, they gave me an exterior car wash (which was greatly needed). All in all, an excellent experience and I'll be bringing my car back to Keyes for all my service needs. More

I take my Honda elsewhere; here's why. I have taken my Hondas elsewhere for servicing over the twenty years that I have owned them because I have found dealerships...not all, but some...wil I have taken my Hondas elsewhere for servicing over the twenty years that I have owned them because I have found dealerships...not all, but some...will price gouge and recommend unnecessary services. Upon receiving a recall notice though I am basically hamstrung to visit a dealer. This issue concerned the Takata airbags and a persistent red light on my dashboard indicating a problem AFTER I had taken the car into Keyes due to the recall. When I called to make a follow-up appointment, the individual I spoke to acknowledged that their technicians had obviously done something wrong when fixing the passenger side bag and that the follow up appointment would only take (roughly) an hour. Arriving for my appointment at the Keyes Honda service desk, Omar's (I didn't get a last name) attitude was arrogant and immediately accusatory, insinuating that I might have done something to cause the problem and there might be a payment due. He was unwilling to say that my car would take less time to fix a single airbag issue...caused by their technicians in the first place...that it took for the technicians to replace BOTH airbags initially; he was discourteous in the extreme. Omar smilingly told me there were so many people ahead of me in line even though I was early for my appointment that it would take maybe three hours to get me my car back, forcing me to reschedule my day. Even though they were so busy as to quote a three hour wait, they took my car up to the service bay before I'd even finished my conversation with Omar. When they brought my car down from the service bay at this first follow-up appointment, they'd washed it for some reason...and had done "something" to it, because my rear lights were both out. I called the service dept. supervisor, Vanessa (last name unknown...and I'm 99% certain that's her first name...whatever, she's the head of the service dept.) Vanessa was inept and snarky as she discussed the situation, which was shocking...but shouldn't have been. I ultimately had to go to the overall head of the dealership who apologized...and did little else. When I finally got my car back at the rescheduled, second appointment, Vanessa boldfaced told me that there was NO red dashboard light when they looked at it...essentially telling me that for weeks I'd been seeing something that wasn't there. Fortunately, I have a brilliant service dude who's helped me save thousands of dollars over the lives of my Hondas, is courteous, is honest and is quick. More
