I waited for the car to be serviced since Oscar said it would take about 1 1/2 hours. They finished before the time indicated and checked everything else on the vehicle too. Other dealers I have been to have a very easy check in and pick up process. Too expensive. It's close to work, but would only use in emergency. Staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, No complaints there. Whoever the service manager is needs to bring order to the check-in and the pick-up. More

Probably my worst ever while car shopping. I was looking for a CPO 2014 Honda CR-V and I found a good one on their online website. Went to see the car the very same day, took a test drive, liked the car and thought of buying it right there. But no, the sales guy had different plans. During discussion, he kept on saying me that this car is already discounted for 2000$ from market price, but I showed him web listing on my phone of almost identical CR-Vs in nearby Honda stores at the same or lesser price, for which he had no answers. So, at the end of day after 30 mins or so of his antics, we couldn't agree on a price. Till this point it's alright, not always these deals come to a common grounds but the worst part was during the conversation, the guy was first not attentive at all (which never happened to me while buying a car), he was unstable. I mean, during car negotiations, he'll just get up and say "someone will buy this car and let me come back", he'll leave and come back after 5-10 minutes. He said that he'll check with finance and he'll go back to his system and on giving a side look I could see that he's just killing time on his systems and sending random emails to customers. He probably talked with finance team once in this time, but went out in middle of negotiation at least 5 times or so leaving me alone on table. This was horribly rude, my worst experience not just in car buying but in other stuffs too. At the end, we discussed that I'll go ahead & check a similar car in Honda Glendale and we'll talk tomorrow if I don't get that other car. On rethinking, I actually never went to Honda Glendale, because my heart was on this car. So, next day, instead of waiting for his call, I tried calling him myself, I fell in love with that car. But my awesomest sales rep guy picked up my call and said that he'll call me in some time. From that point, he kept on ignoring all my calls, probably put me in ignore list, but I honestly don't know why. He was acting as if I am gonna get the car selling bonuses, not him, no responsibility whatsoever. We even called the store number and the operator got him called to me once only to say that he'll again call me later. I was in need of a car, but after calling him so many times, I took a friend who's expert in cars and after work we actually just went to the store. He was trying to hide there also, awesome bloody customer service. We finally, agreed on a common ground and we discussed about financing options. I just asked him about some payment options like if I put 5,000 down then what will be my rates and the guy went to unstable state again, "someone will buy this car" and I was fed up at this point and put him back to his place. On discussing all the finance and supposedly running a credit report (my credit score is 'Excellent' btw), he said "we cannot give you that rate". I (and even my friend) was pissed off and I said "ok, why did you say 2 minutes back that you agreed it with Finance" ... horrible experience ... still, I said "ok, tell me the final price which you can offer, we've wasted enough time already". His went in again and came back after 5-10 mins and said "$100 off" on the listed price, before he himself said $1000 off. At this moment, I realized that my time is just getting wasted here by him and I stormed out of store. I really liked that car and to be honest I would've still bought it at the listed price, but I hated my entire experience here, including sales guys' attitude and that's why I didn't buy. From there, we went to Glendale Honda, bought almost an identical car and actually paid a lil more than what was offered here, but that deal got done in less than 2 hours with very to-the-point discussion. More

Did not gave my vehicle in good condition. My car was working fine before I took it for an airbag recall. After that day, my car did not worked how it was before. Dashboard gauges were not work My car was working fine before I took it for an airbag recall. After that day, my car did not worked how it was before. Dashboard gauges were not working, most of my fuses were blown, my car was running poorly. Next day, took it back for a diagnostic test, technician found a few problems that I have encountered, but could not find the main issue. Service advisor claim that all that the technician did was change the airbag and did a few things with the dashboard. My car was working 100% before I took it to get an airbag recall. Technician also did not align my steering wheel well. I am very upset til this very day, once I gave them my key, I trusted them with my car. Now, I will refuse to go back. Overall, I manage to fix my car and resolve the issue that the technician could not figure out. More
