I needed to wait for my car and the customer lounge was so comfortable that I actually fell asleep while waiting for my car ... very happy with the services they provided and the extra customer service I received, complete with a car wash and mints left for me in the console... thanks again Jennifer! Good dealership and service center I have bought and leased two civics here. Great experiences both times. The service center is good also. Bad customer setvice First when I called for an appointment , I Asked if Miguel Cuenca will be working that day and They told yes . Service Manager was my advisor for that day . It took almost 2 hours for oils change and air filter ..I had to asked her twice about my car , When I went back and asked her about my car . She not even no my car was alrady done .She couldn’ Find my paper work because it was misplaced. She wasn’t helpful. More

Their complimentary "Inspection Report" however leaves much to be desired. The "inspection" performed during our latest visit included FAILs for repairs and maintenance already done, including some performed at this dealership. Items were obviously copied and pasted from a previous report. The inaccuracies of the current report lead one to question the veracity of the entire report. By including invalid FAIL items from report to report, a customer might end up ordering duplicated repairs or maintenance. At best Keyes' inspection reports are confusing, at worst they could certainly be considered deceptive. Keyes' inspection reports are a big FAIL. More
