Terrible customer service! After dropping my car off for a scheduled appointment my car sat there for 5 hours. After calling twice to find out if my car was finished, I only was transferred to voicemail. I finally went to pick it up (as I needed the car) to find the problem was not fixed. My factory installed XM radio was not working. XM told me to bring it back to the dealership. The dealership insisted to me my car was in a front end collision (which it wasn't) and it was an electrical problem. It was obvious they had no idea what they were doing so I took the car back. I stopped off and another dealership and the problem was fixed in 30 seconds. All that needed to be completed was a simple radio reboot. This is the third time I have had a bad experience at this Honda location. I will not be returning and have filed a complaint with Honda. Rude employees with no lack of urgency. This is not what I expect when visiting a Honda dealership. More

Forgot to service Went in for simple oil change and waited almost four hours. When inquired what was taking so long service writer had look of confusion. When all was said and done I went to leave and they had my CRV blocked in and couldn’t find the keys to move the other cars. More

Door actuator(s) gone bad after 44k miles My driver side door actuator (door lock) went bad a few weeks ago on my 2015 Honda CR-Z. I made an appointment to confirm my suspicion- and on Saturd My driver side door actuator (door lock) went bad a few weeks ago on my 2015 Honda CR-Z. I made an appointment to confirm my suspicion- and on Saturday, July 14, 2018- I took my vehicle in to have it looked at. The mechanic confirmed that the door actuator was defective. I was told that the dealership did not have the part, and that it would arrive on Wednesday, July 18, 2018. On that Wednesday, I received a call to inform me that the part wouldn’t be in until Friday, July 20, 2018. On that Friday, I received a call to advise me that the part would be in, and that I could schedule an appointment for the removal and the replacement of the door actuator. I made the appointment for Saturday, July 21, 2018. On that Saturday, I took my car in, and I advised the Service Advisor that now, my passenger side door actuator was now acting up, as well. I asked that the mechanic verify that it, too, needs replacement. And I asked that the hatchback latch be checked since I was hearing a rattle from that area, as well. She noted my concerns, and said that she’d advise me when my car was ready- since I was waiting. About four and one half hours later, (I was given a two hour estimate.) I was advised that the door actuator replaced, and that my car was ready, but the mechanic was unable to check my other concerns. I’d have to make another appointment. So, now, I have a defective passenger side door actuator, an intermittent rattling emanating from my hatchback area, and a new annoying noise originating from a plastic cover behind my interior door latch. I suspect that either the plastic cover was damaged, or things beneath the door panel were not replaced properly. Almost $500.00 I sure am glad that I purchased an extended warranty. I still had to pay a $100.00 deductible. Today is Monday, July 23, 2018, I’m taking the day off to look at both a Lexus, and a Prius- either of which I should’ve bought instead of this Honda. More

A month passed by and I was being charged for one of the last payments on the old lease plus the extra milage. Not just that, because they were not fixing the problem it was going to my credit record because I wasn't paying. They never got back to me either by phone or email. I had to fix it over the phone with costumer service on the financial department and ended up paying. If they had told me from the beginning I'd either say or "OK" or go to a different dealer, but No, they told me not to worry about it, and that "they would take care of it" If I could I'd return the car. I hate when people lie to you on your face. More
