I was about 400 miles from home and my car broke down. Took to Honda Van Nuys and besides what need to be fix on my car to get it back on the road they told me it needed a bunch of other things fixed. T Took to Honda Van Nuys and besides what need to be fix on my car to get it back on the road they told me it needed a bunch of other things fixed. They said I need brakes, I had a busted motor mount and more. They wanted an additional $7000 for the other stuff they said was wrong with the car. I had the car checked out before my trip it was find. I had them fix the one problem to get it back on the road then took it the next day to a different shop and had them inspect my car. Guess what, my car is fine. Honda was taking advantage for me for being a senior and 400 miles from home on vacation. Honda needs to take an ethics class! I called the district but I don’t think they are doing anything about it. They say they are independent. I will never ever step foot into a Honda deal again!!! More
