Excellent Customer Service I brought my 2017 Pilot in for some warranty work. Everyone at the service center are very friendly and helpful, My service agent was Jennifer M. and I brought my 2017 Pilot in for some warranty work. Everyone at the service center are very friendly and helpful, My service agent was Jennifer M. and she was amazing and seemed to have a personal interest in making sure I left satisfied that the work was done quickly and correctly. I also love how they offer Lyft service to take you home and even send a car to pick you up when your car is ready. More

I love coming here to get my Civic serviced. I have not had any problem coming to Keyes Honda. They're always accommodating and I have not waited over 5 minutes to be seen. Jonelle is the same and was very friendly. Jonelle did not hassle me to get 2 recommended services that I declined but was understanding and politely told me that they can be done next time. I had no appointment and left in less than an hour. I can't forget to mention their awesome, clean and huge lobby, with good treats and beverages. More

My service agent Jonelle explained everything about the inspection, as a result I am able to fix the items that have failed and know ahead of time the cost so I can plan my repairs to fit my budget. With Jonelle’s help we pinpoint the most critical so my CRV runs safe and well till my next appt. The waiting room is clean and pleasant, with free coffee , water , fruits and best of all freshly baked cookies. The seats are comfortable and there is always interesting programs on the tv. More

No apology from Chris the Service Rep was provided for the delay. Also no one came to me in the waiting room to let me know when the car was ready. I went and looked for my car. I would never use Chris again. It’s sad when you see five Service Reps with nothing to do and they can’t help their colleague when there is a line waiting for him. I think the system needs to be re- Vamped. More

I feel that no one knows a Honda better than the service center that specializes in that car. It was originally Miller and now it is Keyes and the services has remained top of the line. This is a great service center and I will continue to take my car there as long as I own the car! More
