It isn't always inexpensive to have it repaired at a dealership, but I always know I get genuine Honda Parts and the mechanics working on my car are the most knowledgeable about my car. More

Disconcerting First I called for appointment and asked that I be told if van could be fixed within the one week I could leave it at the dealer. The person on the ph First I called for appointment and asked that I be told if van could be fixed within the one week I could leave it at the dealer. The person on the phone kept telling me I had to bring it in first. I explained I did not want to make an unnecessary trip if the CD player could not be replaced in one week. She ultimately simply hung up on me. So I made the appointment on line. When I went to dealer I was assured it would be ready in one week. When I then checked the day before picking it up, I was told they did NOT have the new CD player and it would NOT be ready. When I said I would pick it up anyway and forget the CD player, I got a message within 5 minutes that they had suddenly found the CD player and it would be ready. I was told their Fed X had just arrived although earlier I was told they had received their Fed X for the day and there was no CD player. Why they used 5 day Fed X rather than 2 day, was never explained. Jonelle was efficient and seems good at the details of her job but her customer relations skills are not very good. She is cold and officious, but as I said, seem competent at the other essentials of her job. In general, the service facility seems well run and my previous experiences have been good, but this one was quite problematical and the initial telephone service was dreadful. More

Sliding door and brake repair Mark was very attentive and kept me informed. A key part was not in stock, and unfortunately took a day to arrive which delayed the completion of the Mark was very attentive and kept me informed. A key part was not in stock, and unfortunately took a day to arrive which delayed the completion of the service. Once the part arrived, the work was completed promptly. The locking lug nut key was stuck in my glove compartment, but they were able to remove the wheels after some effort. Final price was kept within the quote. Great job. More
