I had a flawless experience purchasing a new Outback and an upgrade in the service department was handled impeccably. My salesperson has gone above and beyond helping me during covid times and I know that an upgrade in the service department was handled impeccably. The person who handled my upgrade in the service department was excellent in his work and manner. Really nice building too and such a respectful and caring sales vibe. Absolutely the worst dealership!! Total SCAM!!!Found a car on their website and came to an agreement over the phone due to Covid19!! Vehicle was a 2017 Lexus ES300 Hybrid.. They have sent us all the doc car on their website and came to an agreement over the phone due to Covid19!! Vehicle was a 2017 Lexus ES300 Hybrid.. They have sent us all the documents regarding the vehicle!! Good report on CarFax and good report on the vehicle inspection that was done by their service department!!! SCAM begins here!!! They have measured paint readings on the vehicle and reported 9.5 on the hood and 5.5-6.0 on rest of the hood!! When we asked about it they said it was a touch up to cover up some chips!! Which we were okay with!! They prepared all required paperwork and we made an appointment to meet and check the vehicle and sign the papers!! By all means my wife and I are not professionals at telling if the vehicle has ever been in a accident or if it was ever repaired!! Just by looking at the front of this vehicle we knew something was wrong!! First of all Lexus emblem on every single hybrid vehicle is BLUE but this was black!!! Oops they missed to cover that up!! We even called Lexus dealership to confirm and was told it has to be a blue emblem on all hybrids!! Edge of the front bumper had paint chips and was clearly painted we could see the clear coat on it.. We told the sales guy wish they had been more honest and transparent with us from the beginning and we told him we weren’t going to purchase the vehicle the second we told him that he was gone!! No apology what so ever!! On our way home we called and ask to speak to their used car manager man was he absolutely RUDE!!! We had told him we saw the vehicle and decided not to buy because the vehicle was absolutely been in some sort of accident and didn’t even bother to tell us about it and he told us to Knock it off and that it’s normal for a vehicle to have a damage and that it didn’t happen while they had the vehicle it had to happen before!! Excuse me well at least tell me before I drove 1.5 hours to go see the vehicle!! Extremely RUDE and they were absolutely trying to scam us if we hadn’t caught the details!! No one ever bother to apologize instead we were told to knock it off by the used car manager, never mentioned to re inspect the vehicle to make sure we were wrong!! Be careful when purchasing a used vehicle they will lie and tell you you’re getting a great deal and the vehicle has no problems where in reality you’re actually getting a jacked up vehicle!! More

They replaced the tire, which only had about 6,000 mile on it, with a brand new tire and I walked away with no bill at all. More
Disappointing service On February 25, 2020, I took my 2008 Ridgeline to Honda for A1 routine service- oil change and tire rotation, as I have done for over 10 years. This On February 25, 2020, I took my 2008 Ridgeline to Honda for A1 routine service- oil change and tire rotation, as I have done for over 10 years. This time was a 2 star performance. I was told I needed new tires, but when I asked to see what their determination was based on, they said they were wrong, that there must have been dirt in one of the treads. No, I had just driven 20 miles on dry road. I've driven 30K miles on a 70K warranty, and there was plenty of tread left. After waiting 1.75 hours for an oil change, they put an extraneous $20. I may be better off going to JiffyLube. More
