When it came time to get the paperwork and financing completed they were patient and understanding as there were a few snags along the way. Someone please teach him some manners as well. Disgusting experience. I ave feedback to their customer service desk as well. Eric actually tells me " Good Luck with finding a Honda Accord with the configuration I want as no one would have it". As a matter of fact, I just bought a brand new honda accord with exactly the specifications I wanted just three days back. Not to mention, their pricing was way higher than the other Honda dealers in the area. More
