The wait was 3 hours long for an oil change despite making an appointment in advanced through service website. After leaving service center, the tire pressure alert came on and the rear passenger side making an appointment in advanced through service website. After leaving service center, the tire pressure alert came on and the rear passenger side tire was missing the tire cap. The service agent that does the check in was very nice and try to do as much as he could but the actual service was delayed due to high volume. I made an appointment for 9:30am. I got to the service center 45 minutes before my appointment and did not leave the center until close to 12:00pm. More
