The technicians seem to know what they are doing but the service manager is absolutely clueless. They should be able to find out all about me and my vehicle in a few minutes just by entering a few details i service manager is absolutely clueless. They should be able to find out all about me and my vehicle in a few minutes just by entering a few details into the computer. It’s like they have us on the old paper system where they need to go find an old file it the record storage room which would still be faster and more reliable. Then it seems after they find my information they need an hour to decipher the information. More
