Honda Service Techs I have used this Honda Service department for 3.5 years. The customer service has gotten better; but still need improcement. If I am waiting in the customer's lounge...i would think the service technican would come and let me know what items reqiure attention...the service tech tells me these things as I am checking out. some items could have been taken care of during the oil change...and others could have been schedule for a later date. the techican did not know which car belong to who....I love driving and owning my Honda...your service tech's need to brush up on their customer service skills...it seems as if the good one left.
