My family and I were visiting from Whitwell, Tn on vacation. Our Hi Honda would not start. We took it to Honda of Bay County. The battery was dead. They took us in ASAP and replaced the battery. Even vacation. Our Hi Honda would not start. We took it to Honda of Bay County. The battery was dead. They took us in ASAP and replaced the battery. Even though it was close to closing time, they got us back on the road so that we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. The Service Advisor Andrew Toth kept us informed and gave us bottled water as we were waiting. I rate this dealership as a Five as well as the Service Advisor. Service Tech Jeremy went above and beyond in customer service. Bravo Zulu!!! Not only did he ensure we had same day service, he also went on a hunt to locate the YETI water jug I had misplaced while at service. Bravo Zulu!!! Dropped my car off for a 7:30 appointment called at 1:20for an update was told they will call me back 2 hours later still no call so I call back finally get my advisor and she tells me 2 out of the 4 t 1:20for an update was told they will call me back 2 hours later still no call so I call back finally get my advisor and she tells me 2 out of the 4 things I brought it up there for they would cover under warranty. My steering wheel is peeling and she told me it's because I drive with my knee. The backup camera being fuzzy is because it's not a 4k camera really where do they come up with this stuff More
