Service Desk with a bad attitude My car was to have sun roof drains cleared. Took it home and leaked just like before. Called and told would get call back. No word for 3 days. I call again and spoke to Michelle Rodriguez who had the nastiest comments and worst tone. Said I could do nothing for 3 days. Called manager reported problem, he said bring it in. I did and wow, I meet Michelle. Very nice to one guy there and interrupted by random dude that drove a junked out car, but then starts back up with me! Tries to indicate I was yelling at her. I wish I had! Turns out, they didn't drain my tubes! I will not return. More

Bad experience Regarding my visit for a my slow air leaking tire, I was told it was a sidewall cut on the inside side of the tire and it could not be fixed. As it was on the inside side of the tire, I could not see it and had no choice of believing what I was told by a reputable business representative . That is why being visiting from Canada, I chose to go to a Honda dealer to avoid any shady business practices. Moving on, I had no choice but to purchase a new tire I was told. Once I paid, I asked to see my original tire. I was surprised to see a screw in the 3rd groove of the tire hence repairable. I was then told that you don’t do plugs to repair tire flats. The facts are I was not told the truth twice and my trust was broken. I’m giving you the opportunity to make it right by having a second look and do the necessary on my bill and will provide update here. More

The entire process took about five hours due to an employee quit that morning. The staff accommodated me during the long wait. I have to say the wait was worth it. This Honda dealership stands by they're cars including their used inventory. They don't keep used junk on their lot. Sure, used cars are not perfect but they auction off the used cars that don't function properly. The price of the car was fair and they agreed to lower the price a little more. I'm very happy with my purchase and I won't hesitate to do business with this dealership in the future. Thanks for the nice experience. More
