We are chasing a noise problem and this dealership is working with me to get it solved without it turning into a major expense. I am very happy with how they have handled the issue to date, though it is taking a bit of a shotgun approach, that’s the nature of an intermittent problem. I wish Honda Motors would actually define a true fix for what appears to be a known issue for many years. But at least this dealer is doing the right things to keep me in favor of continuing to do business with them in the future. Kudos!!! More
