While my wife and I looked for that anomaly in a nationwide search, it just so happened the one we liked the most was right in our backyard. We arrived by appointment and from the very beginning was treated with kindness and patience. As we knew the vehicle we were eyeing, Salesman Pharr offered us the time to explore all of the available options. My wife decided to go for the original vehicle we came for and he immediately got on the ball, helping us navigate the deal. The CRV was actually being observed by another customer and he brought us over and we were able to test drive it with the spare key. When we arrived back after the test drive we knew it was for us. The trade paperwork came back and they offered more than anyone. Completing everything was a breeze and Sam was awesome in finance. I would recommend anyone to this dealership! Great experience!
