Scheduling apparently done through a call center in TEXAS! They told me it would be a 5-6 hour job AND I was not allowed to wait at the dealership. I brought my vehicle in for an issue with the fuel system as my injectors were replaced via recall from Honda February of 2024 after having to wait three months for the parts to arrive. The website of “my Honda.com” where I log in and have my vin and info at showed a recall on the fuel pump and being my vehicle is doing what it was doing prior to the fuel injectors being replaced I wanted them to check on this matter so I scheduled online to bring the Pilot in. I had to ask for a manager because either the advisor was not understanding English or doesn’t understand what she was reading on the screen from prior visits. I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes to explain why I am there and what needed to be looked at. More
