Honda North - Service Center

Let the buyer beware!!!!!! I have to say my last service at Honda North was not the worst dealer experience but a very close second. I will tell you that I have been a Honda North customer for many years a at Honda North was not the worst dealer experience but a very close second. I will tell you that I have been a Honda North customer for many years and purchased 7 different cars since 1985. Something has changed at Honda North and not for the better. My car was damaged by a service tech trying to load tires in my trunk. They completely blow me off saying" we don't damage cars." Now, I tried to talk with them and basically was called a lier. I have had a number of very good experiences at Honda North in the past, the last one three years ago when I made my last purchase. I can tell you that the service department has taken a dramatic down turn. The staff is unfriendly, unprofessional and full of attitude. I have been in business for many years and things like this always come from the top down. By that I will bet a months salary it is systemic. I am going to buy a car in the next six months. I will need to find another dealership. I never write these things so believe me when I say (STAY AWAY FROM HONDA NORTH.) You will save yourself a lot of trouble. PS. I brought my complaint to American Honda yet another first for me and was treated like a criminal. They said it was between me and the dealer. I am currently looking at Toyota. I hear they are still treating people with respect. What happened to Honda customer service? More
