I always feel like I'm getting the royal treatment there. Someone always opens my door, greets me with a smile, and ushers me into the service center. We review the work to be done and it's usually done in a very efficient time frame. The staff are always very curtious and upbeat - pleasure to work with. Especially Vic, whom I've dealt with many times in the past and we've become like friends. Outstanding customer service from everyone. Most of my friends/relatives would never bring their vehicle to a dealership because they have a preconceived notion that the cost would be prohibitive, but I've found the prices are usually pretty reasonable, the work is done well, and it's a pleasant environment to wait around in. Because of the excellence in workmanship and customer service, I will continue to always bring my car there and will most likely buy another Honda there (I'm on my second or third from them...). :D More
This service center is always friendly and quick. The minute you walk in they are doing everything they can to make it a pleasant experience despite needing to be at a service center. Three different lights lit up my dash board as I was on my way home. Rather than drive directly home, I drove to the dealership. It was near the end of the day, so I wasn't sure that the Service departmen my way home. Rather than drive directly home, I drove to the dealership. It was near the end of the day, so I wasn't sure that the Service department could fit me in. Thankfully, they did. They diagnosed the problem and needed about an hour to fix it. I am pleased to give the Service Team the highest rating as they got the job done; even without a "planned" appointment. More

He took care of corresponding with Profile and made sure that all work performed was covered under my extended warranty. While shopping for a new car three years ago it was a top requirement of mine that I purchase a car from a quality dealership that employed quality people. My experience yesterday evening reminded me that I absolutely made the right choice with Honda North. More
