I was met immediately upon arrival. Told how long it would take. The person was extremely friendly. And the work was done quicker than anticipated. Customer service was excellent, safety recall work and back door roller replacement was fine. Price seemed high for replacement rollers, and they did not clean the "track" that the rollers slide on (which back door roller replacement was fine. Though they vacuumed the inside carpets, I was looking forward to a complimentary car wash (perhaps because I received one with my last service there), but it did not happen this time. It's probably no longer the policy to include that, but I was slightly disappointed, nonetheless. Overall everything was fine. More

I came in for an oil change so I used the Express Service. It was excellent. I was in and out under 30 minutes. The gentleman welcoming me to your Service Center was friendly and polite. I had called earlier in the day, was told that I needed no appointment, when a good time of day would be, was met ay door upon arrival, and the service was performed quickly. I know that today's business trend is to be user friendly, but Honda North seems to exceed that expectation and I like it. We found this to be true when we were looking for a car, and when and after we bought the car. More

First, Jeanette, my customer care guide was great. No complaints there! She was cheerful, knowlegeable and responsive. Kudos to Jeanette. However, your detailing department is sorely lacking in the quality of their work and I found the service department's asstitant manager to be equally inept in following up with my dissatisfaction. The inside of my car was very clean but they did not buff the Armoural cleaner at all!!!! Every surface is still slick and sticky which brings me to my second point. During the 14K detailing service I was lead to beleive that they would "hand wash" the car. I assumed, my mistake, that they would buff it and make it look "new" as well. When we got home we noticed that there were greasy handp prints ALL OVER THE CAR!!! There were still dirt streaks on the hood! This is a $89 service and it was poorly done. Very unhappy with the work. I could have had someone come out to my house for $20 more and they would have buffed out the scratches and waxed the exterior in addition to the full interior clean. I called and was connected to you assistant service dept manager who suggested, at rush hour, that I bring it back in - which would have required me to drive an hour there and another hour back for what? A car wash? He was rude, impatient and certainly not willing to refund anything on the bill and said the best they could do is wash my car next time I come in. Don't you do that as a courtesy anytime someone comes in for a service??? So what exactly am I getting for this here? I think they should offer to redo the entire 14K service for my inconvenience or credit 1/2 of it back to me as the exterior was clearly not done! For god's sake, I need to take my car to a car wash tody! A day after having it detailed! Let's see if this gets any response whatsoever now that I have taken the time to let you know.
