This was my first time using Honda North and I was due for a major service (timing belt). Kim was so professional and helpful and the service excellent. I am now Honda North fan and loyal customer! Dead Battery This was my second trip in a week for a dead battery. The first visit they replaced the remote starter antenna but the dead battery happened again. The second visit they removed the remote starter and installed a new battery. Time will tell if ths was the problem. More
After my service was done and payed for I ended up buying a new Pilot the same day!!! Vic took care of me by telling me what service I did need at this appt. The gentleman that checked me in when i pulled a new Pilot the same day!!! Vic took care of me by telling me what service I did need at this appt. The gentleman that checked me in when i pulled into the service bay was very thorough in going over everything that had been performed and would beed to be done in the future. He reminded me of the VIP service and I ended up driving away with a new Pilot that afternoon!!! More
