I have now passed my first Honda on to my daughter and have purchased my second Honda CRV. We had always been a "Volvo Family" but we have been "converted" by the performance of our Honda and the wonderful service we have received at Honda North in Danvers. During my most recent visit this week, Dennis Torres was our service advisor and he was highly professional and courteous and kept me update throughout the day regarding additional service that was recommended. He is certainly a remarkable representative for the company. As a small business owner, I know how important it is to have individuals who you represent your company with integrity. I would highly recommend Honda North to anyone who would like to have a most positive experience buying and servicing this next car. More

I appreciate that. The inspection costs some 9 dollars more than if I had done it locally in Ipswich. Might not do that again. More

I was pleased with my first visit to Honda North. I felt very welcomed and Dennis made sure my kids and I were comfortable as we were waiting for the service work to be done. The play room was a great feat very welcomed and Dennis made sure my kids and I were comfortable as we were waiting for the service work to be done. The play room was a great feature and kept my girls entertained the entire time. Since we appeared to be among the first customers in the morning I was a little surprised that there were some used tissues and wrappers on the floor in the play room (which I cleaned up out of habit). The work took the minimum amount of time they allot for that type of service, which was nice. I liked that I was told how much life was left in my brake pads so that I can be thinking of that when we head in for our next service. The reason I rated the price what I did was because compared to the last dealership we used it seemed expensive. That dealership had excellent loyalty programs for people who purchased cars from them. More
