I feel like Nate the technician really thoroughly checked the car and that we definitely got our money's worth out of the B service. I really appreciated the discounts he and Tim were able to find in order to keep the cost of the repairs down, since they were slightly higher than originally planned (due to some work that needed to be done, that couldn't have been foreseen until the tech actually began the brake work). I also appreciated the ability to take a complimentary rental car home so that I did not have to wait for the repairs to be completed. When I came back to pick up my car, Tim was with another customer, and Vic checked me out. She was friendly and thoroughly explained everything that had been done to the car. I've been a customer at Honda North for 11 years. In the last couple of years, the customer service has really been stepped up a notch. You've really developed a great team. Thanks! More

Service experience I was waited on immediately upon arrival, my intended service was reviewed and my loaner car was available, Mid-morning I was contacted about a coupl I was waited on immediately upon arrival, my intended service was reviewed and my loaner car was available, Mid-morning I was contacted about a couple of additional concerns within the vehicle and although it ended up costing more than I wanted to spend it was in my best interest to have the additional work done. Always have used dealer for service. If car is out of warranty, why pay so much more, we now truly wonder. How much have we overpaid for years? Not a good feeling. More
A Good Experience I scheduled my appointment on line. When I arrived at Honda North pulled up to the Service area, parked and entered. I was immediately acknowledged, information given but I didn't look at the mileage. I was going to go out to get it and the Service Rep asked for my key, pulled the car into the garage coming back into the office area entered the information into the computer. Because I always bring my car into Honda North all of the service information came up and the gentleman was able to see what type of service my car needed and explain everything very clearly to me. He gave me an estimated time that would be needed. I told him that I was prepared to wait, I had reading material with me and a coffee. I was and always have been impressed with your service department. Over the years I've had other vehicles having to deal with their service departments. I firmly believe you can judge a vehicle by not only the service their service department gives but the respect given the customer. I am so very pleased with my Honda and the Service Department at Honda North I would, and have, recommended the Dealership to others. Tim explained the procedure in terms I could understand and made sure my specific concerns were addressed. He was friendly, thorough, and kept me informed on the process by phone. My calls were promptly returned, which makes a world of difference when trying to complete a big service and pick your vehicle up in the same day. I did receive a loaner vehicle, which Tim advised that I may want to do since the service takes a few hours - I'm glad I did! I was able to get my daily errands done while my CR-V was being worked on. Thanks again, Tim! More
