My car was in for it's first oil change and it was done, washed, and vacuumed before my free cup of coffee was warm enough to drink. Tim was great Coming home this weekend, all of the lights on my dash started going crazy. Sine I was close to home, I drove it the rest of the way and parked it. Coming home this weekend, all of the lights on my dash started going crazy. Sine I was close to home, I drove it the rest of the way and parked it. I brought it in and the service crew analyzed it. The problem may have been due to a number of factors, or it may have just been environmental. Tim explained all of the various potential issues, but also each of their limitations as well. He gave me the information that I needed, and then let me make the decision. At no time did I feel pressured to take a particular course of action. I very much appreciated his thoroughness and the way that he treated me. My only criticism of the process (and this is not a criticism of Tim) is that today I had to bring my Subaru in for a diagnosis at Ira. They do not charge for the diagnosis. Once again, this is not a criticism of Tim since he explained upfront to me what the charge would be. However, Honda North may want to know that the competition doesn't charge for this service and you may want to reconsider your policy on this. More

Buyign experience was excellent, service department, eh. I bought a used Nissan Pathfinder several years ago from Honda North. The sales person told me I could bring my car there for service. I called today I bought a used Nissan Pathfinder several years ago from Honda North. The sales person told me I could bring my car there for service. I called today to schedule and was told that the service manager could not order the part I need and I would have to go to a Nissan Dealership. I am disappointed as I really wanted to give my business to Honda North and now I have to go elsewhere. More

A pleasant experience Had to bring my 2006 Honda Odyssey in for warranty recall and had oil change. The proceedure was going to take several hours so I was asked if I wanted to stay or get a lift home, which I did. When work was done a driver was sent to get me. All in all, this dealership is excellent to work with. I highly recommend Honda North for both a car buying experience and great service dept. More

Excellent Customer Service My car was making an odd sound that seemed to be coming from the brakes. I was scheduled early in the morning and Vic was great about putting two tech My car was making an odd sound that seemed to be coming from the brakes. I was scheduled early in the morning and Vic was great about putting two technicians on my case as the brakes and drive belt needed assistance. This was really kind of her, as I am 8 months pregnant and appreciated not having to stay there all day. She was wonderful. My only complaint is the cost of the repairs, as my uncle who is a mechanic believed I was charged too much for labor/hours of work. I understand that the cost at the dealership is typically more expensive; however, and that you are paying for expertise. I cannot say enough positive remarks about the customer service at Honda North. We always feel that we are well-served there. More
