making an appointment I made an appointment online for an oil change to be done on my car, as my schedule is very busy. When I got there and said I had an appointment, I was told they don't take appointments. When I explained I made one online at the Honda North website and asked if they wanted to see my confirmation email, the man said that they take people first come first served and "no one looks at the appointments". I felt that was really rude and my time wasn't valued as a customer. Luckily I was able to get in at the time I made my appointment or I would have been more upset. Why have it so that I can make an appointment online if "no one looks at them". I don't think that was something appropriate to say from a customer service perspective. Luckily I only have one more oil change on my service plan, as I will be taking my future oil changes somewhere that I can make an appointment and my time is viewed as valuable. More

Typical Oil change I went in for a routine oil change. Overall I was pleased with the service. However I was not pleased that I scheduled my appointment for 8:30 and I w I went in for a routine oil change. Overall I was pleased with the service. However I was not pleased that I scheduled my appointment for 8:30 and I was there early. But was met with close to a 2 hour wait time. Looked like they took a bunch of walk-ins before me. So what was the point of scheduling a appointment? If it wasn't for the overall quality of customer service, I wouldn't of taken my car there, or agreed to that wait time. More

The Service Department needs work I visited the service department for scheduled maintenance on my 2014 Civic. It was a very unpleasant experience. Both the gentleman who appeared to I visited the service department for scheduled maintenance on my 2014 Civic. It was a very unpleasant experience. Both the gentleman who appeared to be running the service department and the cashier made it clear they had other priorities and could not be bothered with answering questions or any sort of customer service. The gentleman quoted a price of $41, and on my receipt it says "Customer hereby acknowledges receiving an original estimate of $49.89 + tax." My appointment time was for 10 am, and I left there close to 11 am for what ended up being a simple oil change. The technician who worked on my car and handed me the receipt was professional and I wished I could have spoken to him before my car was completed and left outside for me. I will have the additional services I had requested online and all future service performed at Kelly Honda. More
