Service visit On 12/11/14 my 2012 Accord unexpectedly needed some major repairs. My service adviser Eric made it quick, painless, and got it covered under warranty. Especially at this time of the year, being able to avoid having my car tied up, not having the frustration of making alternate plans, and not having a huge unexpected expense has all been like an early Christmas present. Frustrating and disappointing experience I called and made a 9:00 am appointment 5 days before and then dropped my vehicle off the night before my 9am appointment. We called and informed the service department the day before that we would be dropping the car off that evening so hopefully they could get started earlier than the 9am appointment. We were assured that the car would be worked on no later than 9am if not earlier. We stated that the car needed to be picked up by 2pm the day of the service appointment. On the day of the appointment we had a family emergency and needed my car. At 11:00am we called to find out if/when the car would be done and were told that it hadn't been on yet. When we asked why since it had been there since the night before and we had a 9am appointment we were told that since we didn't need it until 2:00pm they figured it could wait. I find it completely ridiculous that making an appointment 5 days before means nothing and they just work on their own schedule. Why bother even scheduling appointments if you aren't going to honor them??? On top of everything they didn't vaccum the front of the car or put it through the car wash.... I have never been to a dealership where they didn't at least put the car through the car wash! Even jiffy lube runs a vaccum through the car after they service it. More

express service I went in for an oil change and was out within 30 minutes. My only regret is that I was unable to use the Black Friday incentive. Good with one exception Service tech was excellent and experience was very good except at check out I tried to uses 50 dollar coupon for referring a friend. I was told at checkout that the tech had to take the 50 off she could not. Logic tells me that a cashier usually deals with coupons. Not here. She said I could go back to the tech and he could do it. I decided no as he would have to reprint the slip(many pages) I have had the coupon for 2 years and wanted to use it today and it wasn't to be therefore I could not give u all 5 stars. Need to try harder, sorry. Also cost was similar to what I used to pay for my Volvo a bit higher than expected even though it was stated at checkin without tire balance and rotation More
