Eric was so kind in explaining each detail of the work done. I am a 71 year old woman and have experienced service departments (not at Honda North) where I was treated with little respect. That was not my experience this week at Honda North. I say, "Keep up the good work of treating every customer as if they were your own family and making sure that that they understand the entire process clearly." Even after spending $1,250, I left your establishment with a smile on my face. I will tell my friends and will always come back to Honda North. More
Excellent service dept. Brought car in on Monday for Level I service. Several other things needed to be done. Was given the cost and I agreed to have additional work done. Better to catch a problem when it's small than wait and have a big fix later. Shuttle driver was very nice. I don't work too far from Honda North but took the ride anyhow. Was also offered coffee while I waited for my ride. All work was completed before I got out of work. More
