I also like that the service person lets me know about things I want to keep in mind for later appointments. For instance, I had a recall on some things that need attention, so I can call later for an appointment at my convenience. More

Tire repair I was in a terrible rush for my for daughters field trip at school and I noticed a large bolt in my tire. The Honda team managed to take the bolt out, I was in a terrible rush for my for daughters field trip at school and I noticed a large bolt in my tire. The Honda team managed to take the bolt out, plug my tire AND wash my car in less than 25 minutes. I cannot thank them enough. If this was not done with such care and quickness, I would not have been able to chaperone my daughters field trip to the zoo. Thanks so much for saving the day!! More

Since the car would be at the dealer a considerable amount of time and I had a free loaner, I requested if they could eliminate several tree sap spots that had attached themselves to my paint. Their detailing group was able to resolve the matter effectively and eliminate the spots at a favorable charge .Additionally they gave me other detailing services restoring a new car look etc. More

Besides have great hours seven days a week and drive up service with no appointment required for smaller tasks and regular services, they are incredibly efficient and extremely thorough. On the day I visited for low tire pressure (which actual was a result of a huge nail they pulled out of my tire) and an oil change without appointment, they were very busy and I was worried about how long it would take. There was really no need for my worry because I was in and out quickly, and was treated so nicely. While waiting for my car, I chatted with the salesman who sold me the car and he was genuinely interested in how I liked my car. I had changed from and SUV to a sedan. I am definitely going back to Dominic for my next car! When I got my car back from service, it had been vacuumed and washed, and I was happily on my way. The service department combined with knowledge and personality of my salesman are the reasons I highly recommend this dealership and will continue to remain with them as a loyal customer. Things couldn't be easier! More

I received a friendly email reminder that my Accord needed its state inspection this month. The service department is excellent and always very accommodating. As busy as the service department was on the day I took my Accord to get it inspected, they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Their hours of operation are very flexible and I especially like the fact that there is no appointment required. More
