Excellent Service !! I like to have the service for my new car done at the dealership where I purchase it from. Honda North has earned my loyalty and repeat business (this is the second car purchased at Honda North) because of the excellent employees at this dealership. It is a pleasure to do business with them again. I called late in the afternoon for an oil change and inspection sticker for my new car and was able to get it done that same day because of Honda North's express service lane. I have also booked service appointments online as well and that has worked well, too. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with a snack bar and plenty of chairs to lounge in. Service is efficient. This is a well-run, professional dealership. I am very pleased with Honda North and highly recommend them. More

Excellent "express" service on my recent oil change I came prepared for a wait, but was happy that your records showed that all I needed was a "routine" oil change so my car was immediately referred to I came prepared for a wait, but was happy that your records showed that all I needed was a "routine" oil change so my car was immediately referred to your express service bay. I settled in with my book and a nice cup of your complimentary tea. Within a half hour, my name was called. My car was done, washed and vacuumed and I was handed a service check list report letting me know that my fluids, tire pressure, lights etc. were all also checked out. Very good reception and helpful service crew. I'm delighted with how I was taken care of. More
Always a great experience I needed an oil change and I did not have a long time to wait. I was told at time I brought car in it would be 20 minutes and I would be on my way and I needed an oil change and I did not have a long time to wait. I was told at time I brought car in it would be 20 minutes and I would be on my way and I was on my way in 15 minutes also with my car wash and refreshing beverage. When you bring your car in they also check everything and you wait in a comfortable lounge. I also have a therapy dog for my work , he was welcome in the lounge without hesitation and he was also offered a beverage. International Cars Limited ( Honda North ) does want you to driver a safe reliable car., You just have to add the safe driving part. Thanks More

They are fast, keep you informed and take the time to explain things to you. In the area of communication prior to the appointment is a different story. They want you to use the online system which I do. However when there is a question NO ONE gets back to you. This time I emailed two times-no response. I then emailed the service manager-still no response. I finally called and after about 30 minutes got my answer. As far as buying a car at this location..it was the worst experience I ever had. The sales person was a xxxxxxx. I had to get a bigger car because of my disability and went to the Lynn Honda location as I refused to deal with the sales people at Danvers Honda. More
