I have an odd schedule but the hours of the service department are so flexible that I was able to pull in at 7:30pm, without an appointment, and get done what I needed to. And they still gave me a free car wash! Great service! More

Conducted a routine state inspection. My teenage daughter took the care in for inspection, and they walked her through the process (her first time) and returned the car as expected. Did the job right I was in the shop for reoccurring issues related to TPMS tire pressure sensors malfunctioning. After learning of the persistence of the issue, the se I was in the shop for reoccurring issues related to TPMS tire pressure sensors malfunctioning. After learning of the persistence of the issue, the service manager set out to once and for all find and eliminate the issues. In order to spend the necessary time to carefully check the senors, Honda sent me home with a rental car free of charge so I could get on with my day and they wouldn't be rushed. Once they discovered the issues, they fixed them and then carefully checked them to make sure the problems didn't return. It wasn't ideal that I had to come back so many times, but I am very pleased they made everything right. No one is perfect and this is certainly the level of service I expect from Honda and I am very pleased with it. As long as this is experience I have each time I visit Honda, I will keep coming back. More
