My Honda pilot 2021 has a clicking noise when I turn my car to the right. I have 100,000 ml warranty , I was told it was a backing plate that needed to be adjusted. Being a woman I feel taken advantage of and lied to. I’ll be bringing my car to a qualified and honest mechanic. I had a recall repair prior with the radio and computer screen and was told it wasn’t the car that it was my phones problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HONDA NORTH FOR REPAIR, other than an oil change. More

I puchased 2019 Honda CRV June 8, 2021 with 41,495 miles. My fuel pump failed September 15, 2024 after I had only driven 12,440 miles. I took it to Honda North and they told me to contact Corporate office fo My fuel pump failed September 15, 2024 after I had only driven 12,440 miles. I took it to Honda North and they told me to contact Corporate office for assistance to pay for replacement of the fuel pump that they wanted to charge me $1,720 for part alone. I found out it had been replaced in 2021. I did not trust Honda to replace the fuel pump. I called Honda Dover and they told me they replaced on April 26, 2021. I would not recommend Honda North after this experience. More
