The salesperson, Aldo, was very friendly and knowledgble. Aldo was a "great listener." He had just moved to Honda North from another dealership. I walked in to the dealership late Tuesday morning and we had a deal for a brand new 2012 Honda Odyssey by noon time! It is also worth noting that my wife and two children met me at the dealership. Also and Paul couldn't be any nicer to them. They offered my kids snacks and were genuinely interested in helping us find the best car for our family. I recommend Honda North! Went in with a quote from a competitor and was told that I was lied to and the price I was quoted would be a loss to the dealer. I said fine and that I would go back to the other dealer to purchase the car I was lied to and the price I was quoted would be a loss to the dealer. Was stopped at that point while the sales rep "checked one last time" After much deliberations (and 3 "finance" reps), they "agreed" to pay the exact price I was quoted if I paid TODAY. Needless to say I was not up for the intimidation and humiliation factor they use and took my business elsewhere. Will NEVER recommend anyone to use this dealer and will be servicing my other Honda (that I purchased here) elsewhere after this encounter. The fact that both of my children were scared when we left tells you the tactics they were using were not appropriate. Sorry Honda North, but your people skills are lacking. More

What a great experience from start to finish. I was greeted by John Byrd when I entered the doors with a big smile. I knew this was going to be a different car buying experience and I was right!!!! John listened to everything I had to say and helped me pick out the preowned vehicle that fit my needs best. At that point I met Peter Thistlewood who is the business manager. Normally this is where the pain really starts but good times kept on rolling. He explained all my options regarding financing and protecting my investment. I have never bought any of that stuff but Peter explained everything to me instead of trying to trick me. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have already referred two of my coworkers and a family member to Honda North. If you're in the market for a new Honda or pre-owned vehicle I would definitely stop by Honda North and ask for John Byrd or Peter Thistlewood. More
