Quick service Our battery terminal corroded and the battery went bad without notice. We were able to get our Odyssey started one last time in our driveway. We called Lancaster Honda and they gave us an appointment the same day. When we dropped the van off at service it wouldn’t start again. They installed a new terminal and battery. Our service advisor even found a coupon to take a little off the bill. We were on our way by noon the following day. If Lancaster Honda didn’t see our van the same day, we would have needed a tow truck and my wife would have been without the van for a longer time. Thank you for helping a family in need. More

Jordan very professionally and personably answered our questions and provided the specific car we were wanting to purchase at the best price compared to several other Honda dealerships. We found him to be a man of his word. If he said he was going to do something and gives us a quote, he stuck to his word and never tried the :"Bait and Switch" and "Add-Ons" often practiced by other dealerships. We heartily recommend him as a the guy to see if you want a new Honda. Brian King handled the financial details and did a quick thorough job. Lancaster Honda should be proud of these two employees. She made the accommodations to have them replaced the same day, and said it would be another half hour from the time estimate given at the time the car was dropped off. More

Honda Service We purchased a used car from Honda Lancaster in October 2017. In November we had a dead battery and a low tire that had to be repaired. We called the dealership when we couldn't start the car. The person on the phone told us to jump the car and then bring it to the dealership. We did that. We traveled 75 miles to get to the dealership and were told they wouldn't have time to help us that day. I was so angry and let the person know that. The reason there are four stars in my review is because of David Boyle. He was very professional and defused the situation. The car was fixed that day at no charge. I believe we overpaid for the car. We have bought two new cars and one used car from Lancaster Honda dating back to 2002. We would have recommended Lancaster Honda to everyone before this. I now would recommend the service department because of David. We would not be as trusting if we were ever to purchase a car there again. Sharon Rausch More
