Both of these gentlemen worked with me over the phone, and when I was at the dealership they got me through as much paperwork as they could. The second day I came back with my trade in and Jim helped me clean it out and move over into the the new used van. Shawn and his document signing board was amazing and quick. The whole experience actually went faster than I had wanted it to, but I know I will service my new/used van at Honda of RH so I will get to see those gentlemen again to thank them for their help.
