Do not buy from this dealership. I am still waiting months after a recall for parts literally falling off of my new Telluride. No indication of how long I'll be waiting still. No indication of how many people are in front of me waiting for the same part. Just told to wait until I'm called, that's it, and that took a bunch of callbacks and waiting on hold to be told that. It's official for me - do not by from Kia. I shrugged off the usual cliche dealership sales shenanigans when i bought the car because i guessed they all work that way. Now that they've treated me so poorly that my only recourse is an online review, I'll add there that the sales nonsense and the finance upselling were terrible. Do not buy a Kia, and not from here. GO BUY TOYOTA! More

I’m very upset with this dealership they gave me a hard time in the beginning. What’s crazy is they were the reason my vehicle was in the shop in the first place. A brand new 2024 vehicle that needed work time in the beginning. What’s crazy is they were the reason my vehicle was in the shop in the first place. I’m honestly dreading to go back to this dealership and getting my car serviced again. Last time I went for a “full” service appointment I waited 3 hours and almost 30mins. For a simple oil change. No tire getting my car serviced again. Last time I went for a “full” service appointment I waited 3 hours and almost 30mins. For a simple oil change. No tire rotation was done. They didn’t check my AC vents. I know the tire rotations weren’t done because I had that same nail in the front side of my tire. I had to get it patched all on my own. No check oil sticker reminder was given. Service was terrible. They kept telling me “almost done” as hours passed by. What’s the point of making an early appointment if one is going to be waiting for 3 HOURS?! One is understandable. But 3 for a simple oil change? A guy named Junior, acknowledged that I was waiting for hours and he called the service guys in the back regarding updates on my car and in 10mins. My car was out. It leads me to believe that my car was done hours ago! Again, without a full service! If I could take my car elsewhere for a full serviced, I would. More
