I reached out multiple times via email and even stopped by in person several times trying to get an issue resolved with my vehicle after the purchase. Despite my efforts, I’ve received no response or support. It’s clear that once the sale is made, customer care becomes a thing of the past. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I expected much better service, especially after making such a significant purchase. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for reliable after-sale support. To Ryan Hall I left your dealership thinking that I could still leave a good review despite some shortcomings during my vehicle purchase. Now I know that would have been a mistake and that everyone should know that this dealership has a long way to go and a lot to work that needs to be done in terms of improving customer experience and care.
