Service representative exceeds expectations helping customer Recently dropped of my 2013 Toyota Camry at Hoffman Toyota Service to troubleshoot and repair its "smart key" front door lock. Spoke to Mike DeAngelis Recently dropped of my 2013 Toyota Camry at Hoffman Toyota Service to troubleshoot and repair its "smart key" front door lock. Spoke to Mike DeAngelis, my service representative, about Toyota covering the repair under warranty since the vehicle was only 3 1/2 years old. He explained the vehicle's warranty had expired, however, he would be glad to check with Toyota to see if they would extend the warranty for this repair. Only problem may be the vehicle repair could be delayed due to trying to contact the Toyota representative. Since I needed the car ASAP, I told him to proceed and forget trying to extend the warranty. When I returned later in the day to pick up my vehicle, Mike told me he took the initiative to contact Toyota, and they agreed to cover the cost of the new lock actuator under warranty. Mike saved me $400 by taking the extra step and contacting Toyota. This was a pleasant surprise for me. More

I've always found that dealerships recommend things differently than the cars factory maintenance schedule. However, unlike other dealerships, Hoffman wasn't pushy at all. Linda was super nice and the oil change and tire rotation was performed in a very timely manner. And they washed my car! I've never had a car washed by a dealer with just an oil change. More

A valued customer My son, a relatively new driver, had accidentally run up onto a curb and the underside of our RAV 4 had scraped along a snow bank on the side of the r My son, a relatively new driver, had accidentally run up onto a curb and the underside of our RAV 4 had scraped along a snow bank on the side of the road. When he pulled into the parking lot to meet me at work, I noticed something hanging down from the underside of the car. Hoffman Toyota was just down the street so I gave them a call to see if they could squeeze us in just to take a look to see what was loose. We took the RAV over to the dealership and the guys in the garage where you drop your car said it looked like some clips had broken off and that they could repair it while we waited; said it should only take about an hour and not cost more than $70. About an hour later (maybe less) one of the service managers told me that the car was ready and that there would be NO CHARGE! It had, in fact, been a splash shield that had lost a couple of the clips. They replaced those AND ran the RAV through the car wash. He commented that we had purchased our car from them and that they were happy to help out a long-time customer. We have purchased three vehicles from Hoffman and will definitely be purchasing another from them in the near future! More
Excellent Service I was pleasantly surprised at my satisfaction with the service I received from Hoffman Toyota when I had the air bag replaced. The waiting room was v I was pleasantly surprised at my satisfaction with the service I received from Hoffman Toyota when I had the air bag replaced. The waiting room was very comfortable and I was able to get some work done on my computer while I waited for the work to be completed on my car. I elected to have some work done on my rear brakes while I was there. For the first time in years, my brakes don't scream at me every time I use them! I will have all my car service done at Hoffman Toyota from now on. More

Mike Fitzgerald, in service, has been an amazing employee. Not only does he provide accurate information about services needed to a vehicle, he goes above and beyond. He will offer to pick up my vehicle to ensure that I am getting my services completed in the safe amount of time, he will communicate with the sales department when my lease is up to make sure that I am moving into a vehicle that most meets my needs, and he will provide me with accurate feedback in regards to what he feels is necessary to fix/service my vehicle. It is truly amazing to see employees who are so dedicated to their customers and to the company they work for. More
Dent on the door. Very efficient and knowledgeable service person Came to see if the frame was rusty and needed to be part of a class action suit but I did not call the phone number to begin the process.
