Best Service EVER I have never ever been to a service department more organized and more efficient in all my years of owing a car. Not to mention, the time estimate qu I have never ever been to a service department more organized and more efficient in all my years of owing a car. Not to mention, the time estimate quoted by the service department was exactly the amount of time that I had to wait!! Also, the lounge in which you wait for your car allowed the time to pass very quickly. There was a computer station, tv, coffee machine, snacks and soda. My insurance company was good enough to allow me to submit the bill/receipt for a refund (which is still processing). I had my car looked at by my mechanic before bringing it into the service center to avoid any unnecessary repairs/costs. David Cyr was very nice to deal with. Always have an 'idea' of what is wrong with your car before taking it to any dealership. More
