To set the record straight Mr Dabrowski did not meet with me at all. But rather passed by me twice with Mr. Sagnella as I sat in the waiting room. At that time neither acknowledged my presents, except on their returned from the service Mr Dabrowski stated loud enough for me to hear that in no way did the damage occur while in their they had the vehicle. So I was not able to explain how it was possible for it to be bypassed. With the car only having 3100 miles on it, it might not have been look at as care-fully as a car with 40 or 50 thousand miles on it. There a certain conditions that would cause the tire to lose air. Mr Sagella came back to talk to me and stated that they were not responsible for the damage and the damage happened after it left the dealership. I was the only person who drove the car and had only gone approximately 10 miles. So I know the damage was done prior to me taking delivery. Mr Sagnella said they would be willing to sell me a tire at dealer cost. The damage was done prior to my purchase and should be the responsibility of the dealership. I had the rim repaired for 100 dollars. Small cost for losing a customer.
