Thanks, Linda Only problem that I did not fully understand - I have a coupon if I spend over a certain amount I can save - I was told this could be at any time!! Was NOT able to use it since it was an insurance claim, but I still spent $1000.00 of my own money. I did not appreciate being told no by the Service Manager! Maybe someone can explain further to me why NOT! More

No one was listening to me or making any attempts to find what I wanted. My luck changed for the better when I when I stopped in and met Kevin Rurka. He listened to what I was looking for (a late model, used, small SUV) and ended up putting me in a 2016 Rogue for just a few dollars more than I was planning to spend on a used car! To say I am thrilled is an epic understatement! Kevin was patient, professional & funny. He listened to my needs and has put me into the SUV of my dreams! When I went to pick it up, Kevin sat with me in the car & showed me what EVERY button was for and he even helped me connect my phone to the Bluetooth. Kirk Coates, the finance guy, was great and made the finance process as easy as possible. Every person I encountered at this dealership was professional, helpful and kind.
