Length of the service appointment was about what you would expect. This dealer service review has an extra star because other Honda dealers in the Hartford County area are so bad that this location seems better. Most times when I come here for service I am almost slammed into by other older customers running the stop signs in the lot getting to the service area, you really take your life into your hands coming to this location but it is the most convenient Honda dealer to me so I put up with it but I don't know how many more times I will return to this location.
