Having my cars serviced at Hoffman Honda is almost fun! I am courteously and pleasantly greeted by the fellow who checks me in. He then escorts me to Rocky's office, where Rocky welcomes me cheerfully and I am courteously and pleasantly greeted by the fellow who checks me in. Found the CRV I was looking for at Hoffman. They called and emailed to confirm my appointment. I went all the way up there only to find out that the car I was interested in was no longer available.
