Rocky Subramani is the best Service Advisor you have or could ever possibly have! He is the most sincere caring friendly warm & honest human being there could ever be! His expertise & knowledge regarding H could ever possibly have! He is the most sincere caring friendly warm & honest human being there could ever be! His expertise & knowledge regarding Hondas & vehicles is brilliant, & he is proficient in procuring what service you need in a timely manner. In fact he is so sincere with his customers & such an extremely hard working employee~he is on the go always, & numerous times I have frequented his office~he never has time for lunch! The Customer always comes 1st! He is extremely hard working~ puts the customers needs first~ extremely polite ~& always with a big sincere warm caring smile to greet you, & get you & your car on your way! He is ingratiating & the essence of sincerity with your customers, deeply cares & succeeds in achieving their needs beyond expectation. I recently was informed I needed a new alternator for my 2000 beloved lil Honda Civic. He procured one for me at a wonderful price in a timely fashion~ made an appt. for me, & made sure 1st that is what the car truly needed, that's how sincere he is! He is honest beyond compare. I love working with the wonderful people at Hoffman Honda! Even though we've moved and now live a 45-minute drive away, I'll keep coming back.
