My visit was for a recall. I was expecting to be there a minimum of 3 hrs based on the conversation that I had when scheduling the appointment because I was scheduling it for a Saturday. I was immediately greeted when I drove into the garage for service and I was waited on very quickly. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Juan Olivo, my service rep, was also very helpful, frie for service and I was waited on very quickly. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I went in with an issue of a noise which turned out to be a heat shield. I did not want to replace them because it was too expensive and the similar labor would have to be completed to replace catalytic con a heat shield. I liked the Know Your Vehicle pamphlet given to me after the visit but wish someone spoke to me about the timing belt change during the visit. It is difficult for me to be able to leave the car for an extended period of time and I probably would've had that done instead. Now i have to find a good time to have the car worked on again. ADDENDUM: Hoffman Honda called me Feb 21 to explain that the timing belt change was not needed since it was done at 76000 miles. The service center manager said that he could make accommodations for giving me alternative transportation to have something else worked on. I liked the follow up call. I also change my customer service rating to 5 because of the extra effort from the Hoffman Honda. More

Your dealership was so impressive with the level of service I received , while I was there I ordered a brand new Accord 2014 Coupe six speed manual , I currently drive a 2012 Accord Coupe six speed manual , I was getting ready to "Jump Ship" because of the lack of concern ALL of the other dealerships displayed toward me . Your dealership so far has encouraged me to stay with Honda .
