When my Honda Odyssey which I bought in California started having problems I wasn't sure where to go. I called Hoffman Honda and talked with Dan about the problem and 30 minutes we were in the shop. THroughout the process Dan kept us informed what was going on, was extremely helpful and just great to work with. When the car was ready I was out of town so they even sent out a shuttle to pick up my wife to get the car. Very detail oriented and loved the experience! More

My visit was for a recall. I was expecting to be there a minimum of 3 hrs based on the conversation that I had when scheduling the appointment because I was scheduling it for a Saturday. I was immediately greeted when I drove into the garage for service and I was waited on very quickly. Everyone was very friendly and professional.
