Since this was our first minivan, we really appreciated the time that our salesperson Sara spent explaining all the great features of the Odyssey, and the help she provided in answering all of my technical questions. She even helped steer us into choosing the right model with electronically activated doors and rear liftgate; what I initially thought was just a luxury has become a necessity with our two young kids. And when it came time to close the deal, Steve the manager helped us come to an agreement that worked for us. I've purchased three vehicles from the Hoffman group, looking forward to many more. Service Call First for Rear Brake Pads & Rotors. I went in to have the rear brake pads done & rotors. Dan was my service guy. I then went to see Robert O. to see what he could offer for my car & to I went in to have the rear brake pads done & rotors. Dan was my service guy. I then went to see Robert O. to see what he could offer for my car & to get me into a new Honda CR-V. He let me test drive the black one & did all that he could to work out a plan for me to drive a new car with my car as a trade-in. He was very courteous & walked me through the car & what the dealership could do to help me out. At this time, I'm unable to do the new payments because of other debt that I need to take care of first. I will also need to get a car for my husband first since he needs a better vehicle more than I do. I plan on returning to get him a Honda Civic, probably in the next year or two. I'm looking forward to working with Robert O. again in the future. I take my Honda CR-V to your dealership because I'm well taken care of. I enjoy all the staff in service also. More

When my Honda Odyssey which I bought in California started having problems I wasn't sure where to go. I called Hoffman Honda and talked with Dan about the problem and 30 minutes we were in the shop. THroughout the process Dan kept us informed what was going on, was extremely helpful and just great to work with. When the car was ready I was out of town so they even sent out a shuttle to pick up my wife to get the car. Very detail oriented and loved the experience! More
