New car maintenance I purchased my last two vehicles from Hoffman and have been very pleased with both experiences . I had my new car serviced for the third time yesterday since my purchase in January . Carlos olive was very kind and helpful. My car was ready sooner than I expected which was wonderful since I had my three year old with me. My only negative thing to note is that I asked the tech who read my mikes and then the rep (Carlos) to be sure that my maintenance manual get written in for the service I received yesterday and for the one prior . Carlos wrote in on my slip , yet nothing got documented . I had left the book on the passenger seat along with the receipt from my last service. It was important to me that this get written in as keeping this car serviced is very important to me and to its resale someday. I did not go back it to have this completed because I had a toddler who was already in her car seat and I needed to get going with her. Overall I am always pleased with Hoffman. Thank you very much. We did a deal over the internet, and the total price received was over the top excellent. There were a few changes before we actually took delivery based upon some items i wanted included in the deal afterwards, all handled without slight of hand, instead totaly transparent - honesty with fair prices. But what made the whole thing better, was just how the "team" worked with us during and after the deal closed. It is very hard to describe, but I hope when I have to purchase another vehicle, it will be just like it was today. Mike even found a better interest rate than the 1.99% for 5 years American Honda was offering. You couldn't find that finance deal on line, but he found it and offered it to us. I can't ever remember a group of people working together making the customer happy and delivering an outstanding product, which in turn makes the outstanding product even better. This reflects directly on the type of dealership and their management's commitment to the community. The little simple courteous things done with professionalism. The words "thank you" given in a way that you know it isn't forced, but genuine. From what I observed was part of the culture at this dealership. I would not ever hestitate to recommend this dealership and their extrodinary individuals which they employ to my friends and family. Very impressive. More

Got more than I expected I went in for an oil change (which cost $20 less than the last shop I used) and my Service Advisor found that there were several recalls on my vehicle I went in for an oil change (which cost $20 less than the last shop I used) and my Service Advisor found that there were several recalls on my vehicle that I was not aware of, one of which solved an issue I have had with the car since I bought it (used) and offered to take care of them all while I was there. The waiting area is comfortable and clean making for a pleasant wait. I will be back for sure! More

Not only are their prices for parts and labor the cheapest you'll find (dealership OR private) they are honest and upfront about everything from the beginning. The quality of the work they do is top notch and they guarantee everything the do for a year. I had been pouring money into my 07 Accord at other dealerships and shops before I found Hoffman and none of the other places could fix the problem. Hoffman not only fixed the issue, they heavily discounted the work because they knew I was low on money after going to other places for "fixes" that were anything but. It's rare in this day and age to find honesty and integrity in a business but Hoffman definitely has both in excess. I'll never bring my car anywhere else for repairs. More
