I found a family at Hoffman of West Simsbury!!!!!!!!!! I recently went with a friend of mine up to Hoffman to just look while she was getting an oil change on her Honda. I currently have a 2002 Honda Acco I recently went with a friend of mine up to Hoffman to just look while she was getting an oil change on her Honda. I currently have a 2002 Honda Accord that is right at 300,000 miles. With the winter we have been having I truly wanted something with four wheel drive. I went with the CRV and the Pilot in mind but again was just looking. Sales man Michael Audet came over when he seen me looking and without hesitation started answering all questions I had and some and I didn’t know I had until he dug a little deeper into what I was looking for. He did not blink an eye when it came to letting me test drive several cars new and used till I found the one that made me say yes this is it. To be honest I didn’t even know the car I got existed. If it wasn’t for the help of Sammy Guzman, a new member of the Simsbury Hoffman Team (who I like to call magic man with numbers) and one of the finance guys, I would have missed out on the Honda Cross Tour. He enlightened me about this vehicle and I told him I did not want a car I wanted a suv. He asked me to look at it and try it. Michael took me for another text ride and I was in love. This car has everything I wanted and gives me a comfortable ride. I look forward to putting up another 300,000 on this Honda. The dealership as a whole was clean and friendly. I would truly and I have recommended them to anyone I know who is looking for a car or even comments on my car. I can’t thank Michael, Sammy and the sales manager Brian (who bought me and my friend dinner due to my wait, what a guy) for such a wonderful experience. I truly feel like family. More
