This is our 4th leased CR-V, and we will continue coming back as long as there is great salesmanship, such as Joe provided, and excellent, honest service offered. My only suggestion would be that when he sent follow-up letters, he should have sent them to both my husband and me. The lease is in my husband's name, but I am the one driving it.
