Hoffman Honda made right on Executive Honda's mess up Last year I took my car in to Executive Honda in Meriden to get my air conditioner fixed. They looked it over, said they fixed the problem and charged me over $300.00. On the way home it stopped working so I drove it right back and was told it would cost about another $900.00 and they would not apply the $300.00 toward it. I would have chosen another option for the repair had I known the procedure they did might not fix the problem. They would not budge on their decision. So I basically paid $300.00 for nothing...rip off! I recently brought the car in to Hoffman in Avon and they fixed the problem and charged much less than the Executive quote. I worked with Carlos, who was so professional and eager to make it right. The entire staff was so helpful and everyone went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer.The service technician even came out to fully explain what they needed to do. I will always go back to Hoffman's for my repairs. I now have a fully operational AC unit and I am a happy customer! More

Thanks Dan and Hoffman Honda! After purchasing my car from a Hoffman event in December of 2013 I was excited to have a car with minimal issues! Unfortunately in May I heard a stra After purchasing my car from a Hoffman event in December of 2013 I was excited to have a car with minimal issues! Unfortunately in May I heard a strange noise and brought it into Honda. They gave me the worst possible news you could hear... Engine damage. Without hesitation Dan assured me they would reach out to Honda directly to get things resolved (car was a 2011 and had known oil consumption issues). After a tedious 2 week process Dan was able to get me a BRAND new engine FREE of charge due to My car's error... Oh and one more piece of advice- CHECK YOUR OIL! Thanks Dan! As a 24-year old girl I don't always get treated with respect when it comes to automotive but I'm glad Hoffman takes the time to care. Will never go anywhere else. More

When it came time to see if we could make it work with my circumstances, Jason G. worked hard to make it happen. I was ready drive it home, but of course the paperwork remained. However, upon arrival we were told that the service would not take as long as planned and we were content and appreciative of the efficiency and dependability of all staff involved in our visit. More
Lacking Customer Service The mechanic (first gentleman who greeted me in the bay) was very pleasant. He let me know what the next steps were. I was then escorted to Juan Carlos in customer service. He was not very personable and didn't seem knowledgable. Plus, my information couldn't be found. He seemed confused as to what do about it. What I was most unhappy about was at the end of our transaction Juan said "Okay, you're all set. We will keep your car and I'll call you." I live in Bristol. I did not have a ride as I was unaware of the time period my car would be there. Why wasn't I offered a courtesy vehicle (or informed there weren't any) or a courtesy ride home? This was very unprofessional. I didn't receive me car until the next afternoon. More
