Nice people but my car's problem persists I brought my car I about a month ago and told the service person it was running rough. He suggested a valve job. It didn't help. The service person suggested changing the spark plugs and have the fuel injection system serviced. I agreed. The car seems to be running a little better but the problem is still there. The service people have been very nice and concerned but I'm a little frustrated that the problem is still there. More

He registered my complaint and got my car in for diagnostics very quickly. He clearly explained what the mechanic was checking out and provided several options of what might be going on. He kept me informed of the progress of my repair and followed up once the job was completed. His attitude was professional and concerned. A great representative for the dealership. One suggestion is that he be provided an office as his work station is a bit uncomfortable. Thank you, Steven Singer More
